News Updates The music group Delusion has been recognized by the United States Patent and Trademark Office as holder of trademark right to the name Delusion, where by similarity any use of the names Delusion, Delusions, Dillusion, and Dillusions in any similar spelling, pronunciation, or otherwise are infringement of this trademark. Bands crop up weekly using these names without having reasearched any trademark issue and currently there are at least 27 seperate infringements of this name as music artist/group on the Myspace community for which we are requesting cease and desist.
